Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology

Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) is a specific, targeted advanced reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system through the feet. The aim is to support the natural flow of lymph and circulation in the body for optimum health and wellbeing. It is a unique therapy & sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay BSc (Hons) whilst working in cancer care. Her passion and drive to get this therapy recognised has led to a range of research that has shown how affective this therapy is for supporting the lymphatic system and conditions that are affected.

Why have RLD?

  • Lymphoedema (swelling of the legs / arms)

  • Inflammatory conditions (Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Fatigue etc)

  • Hormone related issues (bloating, fluid retention etc)

  • Fertility (supporting circulation and adequate clearance of toxins)

  • Pre / Post Surgery

  • Reproductive issues like Endometritis

  • ME & Fatigue

  • Sinus problems

  • Headaches

  • Aches / Pains

  • Digestive issues that flare up

  • Immune Related Issues / Autoimmune Disease

Benefits of RDL..

Reflexology is more than just a foot massage – it’s a therapeutic practice that can help stimulate your lymphatic system and promote overall well-being. Here’s how regular RDL style reflexology can benefit you:

Stimulates Lymph Flow: Reflexology targets specific pressure points that help encourage lymph fluid circulation, preventing buildup and keeping your system moving efficiently.

Boosts Immunity: By supporting lymphatic drainage, reflexology may help your body effectively fight off infections and maintain a stronger immune system.

Reduces Swelling and Bloating: Reflexology can assist in reducing fluid retention and swelling, especially in areas like the legs, feet, and hands.

Promotes Relaxation: As you know our style of reflexology is deeply relaxing and working on your vagus nerve/nervous system is a priority. Helping to lower stress levels, which in turn can support every cell in your body.

Enhances Detoxification: By encouraging the movement of lymph fluid, reflexology helps your body more effectively remove toxins, leaving you feeling lighter and more energised.

Pain / Inflammation / Surgery: by supporting healthy circulation, we can support you pre / post surgery, and help you manage your symptoms long term.
