Salad Ingredients

  • 1 tin drained lentils

  • 1 diced carrot

  • 1 red peper

  • 1 green pepper

  • 1 large red onion

  • 125g diced sweet potatoe

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Garlic clove x 3

  • Salad Leaves

  • Herbs of choice (I like parsley)


Garlic Tahini Dressing

4 servings approx 125 kcal per serving.

7.5g Protein | 5.3g Fat | 11g Carb

Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk. Add water to thin

  • 3 TBSP tahini

  • 2 grated garlic cloves

  • 1/2 Lemon / Lime

  • Sea Salt. 

  • Water

Instructions

Step 1

Chop all veg, drizzle olive oil over, smash 1 clove a garlic and roast in oven.  

Step 2

Add leaves, cooked veg, and lentils to a dish with some herbs of your choice.

Step 3

Drizzle half lemon / lime for extra taste.

Make up your tahini dressing and serve.
